Charles C. Brennan is a businessman, entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Dollar Loan Center which originated in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally from Sioux Fall, S.D., he also founded Clark County Collection Service, LLC, also based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Charles C. Brennan created the Dollar Loan Center in order to bring a new dynamic to the payday loan industry by providing short-term financing with terms more advantageous to most consumers. Since the company was founded in 1998, it has grown to 80 locations in four Western states and employs more than 400 people. He gives credit for this growth to dedicated employees as well as aggressive marketing campaigns across various media, which has brought a very high visibility to the business.
Charles C. Brennan initially tested this approach in Las Vegas, Nevada but now brings it to bear in each market in which the Dollar Loan Center operates. This talent for promotion was honed by owning and operating the Blitz Ballroom in Pipestone, MN, which was one of the largest rock ’n’ roll concert clubs in the Midwest, followed by several years in the concert promotion business from 1995 to 1998.
Together, Charles and Mary Brennan created the Clark County Collection Service, LLC, to bring increased professionalism and customer service to the debt collections industry.
Charles C. Brennan is also the founder of the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy in Sioux Falls, S.D., a non-profit agency serving Boys & Girls Clubs members of the Sioux Empire by offering music education through instruction by professional musicians. After donating $250,000 to establish the Academy, he has made an ongoing commitment of up to $3 million to ensure its continued success.
Charles C. Brennan is married with four children and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
